The picture for NFL training camps is starting to clear up, according to the latest update from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. He states that "almost everything" is set with the number of preseason games and testing protocols remaining as the only unresolved issues.

Rapoport also says that, as expected, teams will be unable to host fans during training camp but could host up to two fan events at home stadiums during the preseason.

San Francisco 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman paints a very different picture of the situation, though. He says there are still significant outstanding issues that remain unresolved.

"We [haven't] agreed to anything in their proposal and literally just sent them a response," wrote Sherman via Twitter.

Hopefully, everything is resolved soon, and the NFL can figure out a way to safely (or as safely as possible) conduct training camps. As Rapoport notes, they are scheduled to begin across the league in 18 days.
