That was just four months after the initial injury.
Another video of Blair has surfaced, courtesy of @georgekittlenation on Instagram (h/t to Brian Witt of NBC Sports Bay Area), and it looks like the fifth-year defender is making great strides in his rehab.
Blair suffered his injury while making an impressive tackle of a scrambling Russell Wilson against the Seattle Seahawks during Week 10.
Blair discussed his recovery in April, just over a month after re-signing with the 49ers on a one-year deal.
"I'm doing pretty good," Blair said during an interview on 95.7 The Game. "I actually just got done with therapy. I've been sprinting every day. I'm feeling really, really good. I've got another month before I can start cutting, just from protocol standards. But I feel really good."
The defensive lineman was asked if he expects to be 100 percent by the start of the upcoming season.
"In my mind, I'm saying yes," Blair responded. "I'm attacking every day to make sure my knee feels good. I should be cleared by training camp. We'll see. We're taking it day by day. I don't want to get too ahead of myself, but we're going to take it day by day. My plan, if everything starts in September, I should be ready to go."
Blair finished the 2019 season with 21 combined tackles and three sacks through nine games.
