The San Francisco 49ers re-signed the following seven players who spent this past season on the team's practice squad, according to Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area.

The moves come two days after the team's Super Bowl LIV loss. Head coach Kyle Shanahan and his players may be taking some time to regroup after the devastating loss, but it looks like the front office is already hard at work building this offseason's 90-man roster.

Tabor, who was initially signed to the practice squad on September 30, 2019, could be the most notable re-signing. The Detroit Lions made the cornerback a second-round selection out of Florida in 2017. He has appeared in 22 games with five starts in his two NFL seasons and accumulated 42 combined tackles during that timespan.

The other former practice squad players, defensive linemen Alex Barrett (San Diego State) and Ray Smith (Boston College), and offensive lineman Jaryd Jones-Smith (Pittsburgh), were not re-signed on Tuesday.
