NBC Sports Bay Area is reporting that the 49ers will sport their traditional road jerseys in Miami.
San Francisco is 2-0 in the Super Bowl while wearing its white road uniforms. The 49ers did so during their first Super Bowl appearance in Super Bowl XVI, when they defeated the Cincinnati Bengals. They did so again in Super Bowl XXIV in a rout of the Denver Broncos.
The 49ers' lone Super Bowl loss came in Super Bowl XLVII against the Baltimore Ravens.
San Francisco is 5-1 this season while wearing its traditional road uniforms.
