The veteran defender sounded confident about his team's chances this season and has a message for the fan base.
"Stay humble," Sherman said this week on NFL Network. "Even when we go do what we know we're going to do, stay humble. Don't rub it in people's faces. Just stay humble.
"We're going to take this journey. It's going to be a beautiful journey, but we're going to slap people on the butt, and we're going to stay humble. We're going to get these dubs.
"We're going to get these dubs, but everybody stay humble because it's going to be a great ride, and we're going to make it smooth."
