Head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters via a conference call on Sunday that Harris, who suffered a groin injury a week ago against the Denver Broncos, had a chance to return to practice this week. He did not suit up against the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday.
Holland is the son of the 49ers' run-game specialist and outside linebackers coach, Johnny Holland. As reported on Sunday, Jordan Holland took part in the 49ers' rookie minicamp in May and mandatory minicamp in June.
