• Safety Adrian Colbert exited the game with a hamstring injury.
• Defensive lineman Damontre Moore suffered a dislocated thumb.
• Cornerback Tim Harris had a groin injury.
• Wide receiver Shawn Poindexter sustained a knee injury.
• Defensive back D.J. Reed had a shoulder injury.
• Linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles had the wind knocked out of him.
• Safety Jaquiski Tartt was evaluated for a concussion but cleared to return.

The 49ers won the game at Mile High Stadium by a score of 24-15 and will play the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday.
