"General manager John Lynch, head coach Kyle Shanahan, as well as players and defensive coordinator Robert Saleh and special teams coordinator Richard Hightower will share their thoughts on the team and provide insight into the 2019 season," announced the 49ers. "Team President Al Guido will also unveil a number of Levi's Stadium enhancements and improvements for this season."
The event is scheduled to last two hours, and approximately 1,000 fans are expected to attend. There will also be interviews with several veteran players, and past events have featured the team's rookies as well.
Update: The 49ers announced that DL DeForest Buckner, DL Dee Ford, QB Jimmy Garoppolo, TE George Kittle, T Mike McGlinchey, T Joe Staley, CB Richard Sherman, and LB Fred Warner will appear during the State of the Franchise event.
"The theater-style event will provide season ticket members the opportunity to hear directly from organizational leadership, the coaching staff and players as they talk 49ers football and preparations for the 2019 season," said the 49ers via a statement.
Fans unable to attend can expect the event to be streamed live via the 49ers' official website, app, and social media pages.
