OTAs are scheduled for the following days: May 20-21, May 23, May 28-29, May 31, June 3-4, June 6
The 49ers hope to have rehabbing quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo throwing to his teammates during OTAs. He will be eight months removed from his season-ending ACL injury in late September.
One practice from each of the three weeks will be open to the media, with the 49ers making members of the coaching staff available to reporters on those days. The media schedule is below.
Tuesday, May 21
- Noon practice
- Approximately 2 pm: Head coach Kyle Shanahan
- Select players will be made available after Shanahan speaks
Wednesday, May 29
- Noon practice
- Approximately 2 pm: Defensive coordinator Robert Saleh
- Defensive assistants will be made available after Saleh
- Select players will be made available
Tuesday, June 4
- Noon practice
- Approximately 2 pm: Special teams coordinator Richard Hightower
- Offensive assistants will be made available after Hightower
- Select players will be made available
