Wouldn't it be nice to sit in a draft war room on April 25 and watch an NFL team in action? The San Francisco 49ers have given two fans that opportunity ... at the cost of $22,000, according to a report from Darren Rovell of The Action Network.

The money earned from the sale will go to a charity through the 49ers Foundation.

This isn't the first time the John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan regime has allowed fans into the war room in exchange for a contribution to charity via the 49ers Foundation. Those visitors, however, are expected to follow strict rules for the right to observe the 49ers general manager, coach, and company in action. Most important, they cannot disrupt the action nor can they record or post anything on social media. They must be silent observers.

The first round of the NFL draft kicks off on April 25 from Nashville, Tennessee with the 49ers brass working from their facility in Santa Clara.
