The San Francisco 49ers will host the Chicago Bears at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California on Sunday, December 23 at 1:05 p.m. PT.

The game can be viewed on local television broadcasts by those in or around the San Francisco and Chicago areas as well as scattered portions of the East Coast (see map below). Those who are outside of the broadcast areas will need NFL Sunday Ticket to view the game live.
