49ers Studios, the team's in-house video production studio, gave fans a look inside the locker room following the 26-23 overtime victory over the Seattle Seahawks. The win snapped a 10-game losing streak to the division rival, one that dates back to 2013.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan handed the game ball to veteran cornerback Richard Sherman, who the Seahawks released on March 9 following a ruptured Achilles suffered the November before. The 49ers signed him the next day.
"We know the obvious game ball today; he's done an awesome job for us," Shanahan told his team. "We're so pumped to have him on our side. I know this means a lot to him."
"I really appreciate it," Sherman responded. "It's been a long season for all of us. We battled today. Today wasn't about the season. It wasn't about the record. You all battled for one another. You all battled for me. You all battled for Saleh. We wanted this win bad, and I appreciate all you guys do."

Sherman spoke with reporters after the game and expressed how much the win means for him. Not only beating Seattle, his former team, but for his new teammates.
"It means a ton," Sherman said. "It means more that the guys showed up the way they did. Honestly, it means a lot beating Seattle for me, but it's just the way the guys showed up and kept battling throughout the game. This was a tough game. Those guys played their hearts out.
