Wednesday injury notes:
- Running back Matt Breida was limited during practice after missing all of last week and being ruled out early for the 49ers' game against the Denver Broncos.
- Safety Jaquiski Tartt, who also missed all of last week and did not play against Denver, did not practice.
- Defensive end Cassius Marsh remains in the concussion protocol and did not practice.
- Linebacker Malcolm Smith continues to be plagued by an Achilles injury and was limited in practice. He was active against Denver but did not play.
