Wide receivers Dante Pettis and Kendrick Bourne will likely continue to see more playing time with Pierre Garçon being ruled out. Sunday will be Garçon's fourth-straight missed game and his fifth in six games as he continues to be burdened by a knee injury.
Pettis saw 71 snaps on offense against the Seattle Seahawks with both Garçon and Marquise Goodwin out of the lineup while Bourne saw 67. Goodwin is expected to play against Denver.
As expected, running back Matt Breida and safety Jaquiski Tartt have been ruled out. Head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters on Friday that Jeff Wilson Jr. will start at running back in place of Breida.
Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and Broncos. Also included are Friday's practice participation reports, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
