"With these few days of rest, we really probably won't know on any of these guys until Thursday," head coach Kyle Shanahan said. "We've got two practices and there won't be one full-speed practice. There's just not enough time for these guys to recover, so the first time we'll run full-speed is Thursday."
The beginning of Tuesday's walk-through was open to the media. Wednesday's session won't be.
Starting quarterback C.J. Beathard is dealing with injuries to his right wrist and thumb. He did not practice on Tuesday and will likely be a game-time decision.
"My wrist and thumb is kind of messed up," Beathard told reporters on Tuesday. "It's two days after the game, so, hopefully, tomorrow, it will feel a lot better."
Other Tuesday injury notes:
- Shanahan ruled out S Antone Exum for Thursday's game. He is in the concussion protocol and the short week will not give him enough time to be cleared.
- Shanahan said he would be surprised if WR Pierre Garçon could not play on Thursday.
Below are Tuesday's walk-through participation reports, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff and estimate which players would have participated had it been a full practice.
