Neither Breida nor Garçon practiced until the 49ers' final session of the week on Saturday, in which they were both limited. Kittle was limited throughout the week.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan said on Saturday that Breida's status would come down to right before game time. The running back has been dealing with a mid-ankle sprain suffered during the 49ers' 28-18 loss against the Arizona Cardinals.
"Just knowing Breida and how he is, he always gives himself a chance," Shanahan told reporters.
Breida has been dealing with a number of injuries this season, including knee and shoulder issues over the past few weeks. Before that, he suffered a separated shoulder during the 49ers' exhibition opener on August 9, which kept him out for the remainder of the preseason.
The 49ers promoted tight end Ross Dwelley from the practice squad to the active roster. While it seemed like an indication that Kittle might not be available, tight end Cole Wick was seen by Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area going through a workout with the team's practice-squad players at Lambeau Field. It's a good indication that Wick, not Kittle, will be listed as inactive.
