The San Francisco 49ers (1-4) season is spiraling out of control. The team lost what could have been one of its most winnable games on Sunday when the once-winless Arizona Cardinals beat San Francisco 28-18. It's safe to say the 49ers won't be favored in too many (if any) games heading forward.

Next up are Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers (2-2-1) at Lambeau Field. The Packers themselves are coming off of a disappointing 31-23 loss to the Detroit Lions. They are currently listed anywhere from 7.5- to 11-point favorites over the visiting 49ers, according to various casinos and betting sites.


San Francisco may be without its leading rusher, Matt Breida. The running back suffered a mid-ankle sprain against Arizona, and head coach Kyle Shanahan said this week he would likely be doubtful for the Monday night matchup in Green Bay.

The spread consensus has the Packers as 9.5-point favorites. Those numbers could change as the game draws near. The over/under for Monday night's game is listed at 46.5 points.

The 49ers have won four of their last five against the Packers. Green Bay won the most recent regular-season matchup, an October 4, 2015 game at Levi's Stadium, by a score of 17-3.

The 49ers and Packers kick off at 5:15 p.m. PT (7:15 p.m. CT) on Monday.
