Part three of the "NFL Life" web series featuring Richard Sherman debuted. Part one focused on the San Francisco 49ers cornerback's transition from the Seattle Seahawks while part two focused on his recovery from an Achilles injury suffered last November and the Elite Cornerback Academy he organized at Stanford University in late June.

The latest episode gives fans a look at Sherman's home life, including how he met his wife and his interactions with his children.


Fans are also given a look at Sherman during the 49ers' recent training camp and the cornerback's mentality entering his eighth NFL season.

"It's about the next play," Sherman said. "It's about the next down. It's about getting better and continuing to understand that there is more to get. Until you hang the cleats up, you always can be getting better."
