Tonight, it was quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo's turn.
"So, getting up to the City, experiencing that," he said on April 23 when asked if he had a chance yet to explore his new home region. "I'd love to get to a Sharks game soon. There's a bunch of stuff going on."
The 49ers quarterback is at tonight's Sharks playoff game against the Las Vegas Golden Knights and served the same role his head coach did nearly two weeks ago. The series between the Sharks and Golden Knights is tied 1-1.
"Let's go Sharks fans! Get up out of your seats!" Garoppolo exclaimed. "Let's go, man!"
