Running back Carlos Hyde, who scored a touchdown against the Jaguars, is predicting a 49ers Super Bowl for the 2018 season.
"Minus our record, we're a really good football team," Hyde said via Bay Area News Group. "Next year, we're going to win the Super Bowl."
The addition of quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo will likely make the 49ers one of the more intriguing teams going into next season. He was won each of his four starts with the 49ers and is a perfect 5-0 as an NFL starting quarterback.
While Hyde is scheduled to become a free agent, he wants to return to the 49ers next year.
"I feel we've got a chance to go to the Super Bowl next year and I don't want to go to another team," Hyde said.
Hyde carried the football 21 times for 54 yards and the score against Jacksonville.
