Shanahan: 49ers WR Deebo Samuel's game-clinching run 'as impressive as I've ever seen'

With the game on the line for the San Francisco 49ers in their 24-16 win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night, it was wide receiver Deebo Samuel who stepped up with what might go down as one of the team's biggest plays of the year. Coming out of the two-minute warning, the 49ers faced a third-and-seven from their own 38-yard line with no Rams timeouts remaining. A first down meant the 49ers would be able to run out the clock and earn a huge win after a demoralizing 43-17 loss to the Miami Dolphins the week before. Enter Samuel, who got the ball on a flip pass play the 49ers had been running with success throughout the evening.
