By David Bonilla

Hall of Fame wide receiver Terrell Owens has some insight on the situation between the San Francisco 49ers and their current wide receiver star, Deebo Samuel. Owens recently told NBC LX that he spoke with Samuel but wasn't willing to disclose the details of that conversation. Owens did share the following, though, courtesy of NBC Sports Bay Area. "I've talked to him personally. I know what's going on," Owens said before his Fan Controlled Football game over the weekend. "I know what transpired. Until he's ready to say what happened with that situation, I just keep that between us. But it's

Beat writer calls idea of 49ers keeping Jimmy Garoppolo 'absurd'

The San Francisco 49ers insist that holding onto Jimmy Garoppolo this season is possible. The team has unsuccessfully tried to trade the veteran quarterback without success. "If the 49ers do not view Garoppolo as the starter,

I've created this tracker to collect those leaks as the official schedule release time approaches. As usual, the San Francisco 49ers will meet each NFC West team twice. On May 4, the NFL revealed that the 49ers will travel to Mexico City on November 21 to face the Arizona Cardinals at Estadio Azteca—a Week 11 primetime matchup on ESPN's Monday Night Football. The 49ers will face the third-place teams in the NFC East, NFC North, and AFC East. The team is also slated to play the entire NFC South and AFC West. NFL Kickoff Weekend will begin on

Rookie minicamp gets underway Friday for 49ers drafted players and undrafted free agents, but before those players take the field, they were hit with a number of questions from reporters during pre-camp media sessions on Thursday. Among the players to speak with reporters on Thursday were wide receiver and third-round pick Danny Gray (SMU), offensive lineman and fourth-round pick Spencer Burford (UT-San Antonio), cornerback and sixth-round pick Tariq Castro-Fields (Penn State), quarterback and seventh-round pick Brock Purdy (Iowa State), and undrafted offensive linemen Jason Poe (Mercer) and Dohnovan West (Arizona State). 49ers WebZone already discussed what Gray said
