Today, the San Francisco 49ers will hold their second of three practices as part of a three-day rookie minicamp. Twenty-three players are participating, including the team's eight members of its 2021 draft class, the five signed undrafted free agents, a few members of the team with a year of experience, and several players trying out to make the roster.
While yesterday's practice was the first opportunity for the media to see the rookies in a 49ers helmet, including the No. 3 overall pick, quarterback Trey Lance, the rest of this weekend's practices are closed to reporters.
Below is a list of the players who are participating in the rookie minicamp. The eight drafted rookies are listed in bold. Players whose names are italicized are trying out for the team.
