49ers activate cornerback Tim Harris Jr. to make NFL debut vs. Bills

According to Justin Melo of The Draft Network, the San Francisco 49ers are among several teams that have held virtual pre-draft meetings with 6-foot-5 wide receiver Jacob Harris.
