The NFL revealed its complete 272-game 2021 regular-season schedule on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. PT. The San Francisco 49ers open the season with back-to-back road games against the Detroit Lions at Ford Field and then the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.
