NFL suspends Chase Harrell six games for PED violation

The NFL has suspended tight end Chase Harrell for six games for violating the policy on performance enhancing substances, Matt Maiocco of NBCSportsBayArea.com reports. The San Francisco 49ers announced a few minor roster moves on Wednesday. The team has signed tight end Chase Harrell and defensive back Jared Mayden to reserve/futures contracts. Both players finished the 2020 season on the 49ers' practice squad.
San Francisco has also waived long snapper Colin Holba. He was signed on December 29, 2020, after the team's regular long snapper, Taybor Pepper, was placed on the reserve/COVID-19
