Safety Jimmie Ward ended up as Pro Football Focus' highest-graded player from Sunday's matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams. His 94.7 overall grade was his highest of the season. In fact, it was the highest of his career. The high marks earned Ward a spot on Pro Football Focus' Team of the Week or Week 12. 49ers 'OK' with Takk McKinley's failed physical last week

Takkarist McKinley failed a physical with the Bengals this week, prompting Cincinnati to waive the defensive end after recently claiming him. That didn't deter the San Francisco 49ers from putting in a second claim for the defender. In fact, the Niners don't see it as a problem, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
