Rapoport weighs in on John Lynch's comments about Jimmy Garoppolo

Last week, John Lynch offered a vote of confidence in his quarterback, Jimmy Garoppolo. But it came after the general manager admitted that the San Francisco 49ers were scouting college quarterbacks. 49ers DT Javon Kinlaw discusses first sack, defensive performance

49ers defensive tackle and first-round draft pick Javon Kinlaw hasn't yet put up the type of numbers he produced during his college career at the University of South Carolina, but he took a step towards changing that during the 49ers' 27-13 loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Kinlaw notched his first NFL sack in the third quarter of the game against the Saints when he took down Taysom Hill, then improved upon that number later in the game when he combined for a sack with defensive end Jordan Willis.
