Former 49ers D-lineman Fred Dean passes away after battle with COVID-19

NFL great Fred Dean, who played along the San Francisco 49ers defensive line for five seasons between 1981 and 1985, has passed away after battling COVID-19. Fred Dean has died at 68, from coronavirus. C.J. Beathard, Dante Pettis among 49ers' Week 6 inactives vs. Rams

The San Francisco 49ers have released the list of inactive players for their Week 6 matchup at home against the Los Angeles Rams. These players will not suit up for Sunday's game. Quarterback C.J.
