The San Francisco 49ers announced on Tuesday that the team has signed cornerback Emmanuel Moseley, an exclusive-rights free agent, to his one-year tender. San Francisco tendered the contract on March 5. Moseley, 24, started nine regular-season games in 2019 after replacing an injured Ahkello Witherspoon. He started the NFC Championship Game against the Green Bay Packers and Super Bowl LIV against the Kansas City Chiefs. There's a training camp battle brewing between San Francisco 49ers cornerbacks Emmanuel Moseley and Ahkello Witherspoon. The hard work earned him a spot on the team's practice squad, and he was eventually promoted to the active roster for a game against the Oakland Raiders.
