Pro Bowl pass rusher Dee Ford did not practice Wednesday after he missed the second half of the 49ers' 41-17 win at Cincinnati on Sunday due to knee tendinitis. Ford was sidelined for 27 days beginning early in training camp and had an injection of platelet-rich plasma to promote healing in his knee. Dee Ford was among several San Francisco 49ers players who spoke with reporters via Zoom on Thursday. At the same time, general manager John Lynch was on KNBR discussing the team as it prepares for Week 1 on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals.
