Plenty of NFL players have unpleasant memories of cutdown day, but Jerick McKinnon's are particularly painful. On Saturday, as teams trimmed their rosters to 53 players, the 49ers placed their running back on season-ending injured reserve due to continued complications from an ACL injury McKinnon sustained in practice on last year's cutdown day.
