The San Francisco 49ers are hoping to sign tight end George Kittle to a long-term extension. The two sides don't sound as though they are very close in the negotiation process, however. The 49ers moved down one spot and then used the resulting selection on Buckner's replacement, Javon Kinlaw. One spot lower, at No. 4, is another 49ers-related trade. This time, it was San Francisco acquiring the retired Joe Staley's replacement, offensive tackle Trent Williams, from Washington in exchange for a 2020 fifth-round pick and a 2021
