The report from the 49ers' 13th practice of training camp: WEATHER: 80 degrees and sunny at the start of the 10:15 a.m. practice LENGTH OF PRACTICE: 1 hour, 50 minutes SCHEDULE: The 49ers will return to practice at 9:15 a.m. (MT) Friday in a joint practice with the Broncos at Denver's facility in Englewood, Co. INJURIES: TE George Kittle (calf tightness) missed his second straight practice. In addition, LT Joe Staley (pectoral soreness) was held out of team drills and LB Dre Greenlaw (stinger) and TE Levine Toilolo (shoulder) did not practice. CB Greb Mabin did not practice due to a right calf injury. QB C.J. Beathard (thumb) returned to practice with tape on his right hand and thumb. Beathard participated in team drills. OH, JIMMY: The quarterback who has the words "robot mindset" written on his armband morphed into an interception machine Wednesday.
