While still at the hospital, he said the procedure "went perfect," and provided an update on Wednesday during a lengthy Instagram discussion with @OurSf49ers. 49ers' Deebo Samuel says he'll be back better than ever in 10 weeks

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Debo Samuel is having surgery today after suffering a Jones fracture of his left foot during a player-organized throwing session at the Brentwood Academy, just outside Nashville, Tennessee, on Tuesday. NFL insider Ian Rapoport was the first to report the news and said on NFL Network that the second-year receiver would miss between 12 to 16 weeks as he recovers.
