CBS Sports recently listed the San Francisco 49ers as having the fourth-best offseason in the NFL. Frank Schwab of Yahoo Sports recently gave the team a C- when grading it's offseason moves. 'Complete' 49ers team somehow got better despite offseason losses, says NFL.com

Adam Schein of NFL.com took on the task of identifying the most "complete" teams heading into the 2020 season. Surprise, surprise; he chose three of the best teams from last season — the Baltimore Ravens, Kansas City Chiefs, and San Francisco 49ers. What constitutes being a "complete" team? 49ers sign CB Jamar Taylor, waive CB Teez Tabor

The San Francisco 49ers today announced the signing of cornerback Jamar Taylor to a one-year deal. The team has waived cornerback Teez Tabor with a non-football injury designation to make room on the roster. Tabor (6-0, 201) signed with San Francisco on February 4, after spending the majority of last season on the 49ers' practice squad. The 49ers Communications department provided the following rundown of Taylor. Taylor (5-11, 192) was originally drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the second round (54th overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft.
