San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Richie James is spending part of his offseason in Fort Worth, Texas working out with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, among other players. Bobby Belt, a film producer for NFL Network, posted a video on Twitter of a deep Mahomes pass to James.
The 23-year-old James is entering his second NFL season. The 49ers made him a seventh-round selection out of Middle Tennessee State last year. James recorded nine receptions for 130 yards with a touchdown through 13 games and two starts during his 2018 rookie campaign.
Meanwhile, Mahomes had a breakout second NFL season. He was named the Most Valuable Player, selected to the Pro Bowl, and named a first-team All-Pro as a result of his efforts in 2018. Mahomes completed 383-of-580 attempts (66.0 percent) for 5,097 yards with 50 touchdowns and 12 interceptions while starting every game for the Chiefs this past season.

Steelers reportedly interested in trading for 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk
The Jacksonville Jaguars were reportedly interested in trading for star wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk. However, the San Francisco 49ers' asking price of the No. 17 overall pick plus a player was seemingly too high for the team.
Now, it appears another AFC team might be trying to pry Aiyuk away from the West Coast. Andrew Fillipponi of Pittsburgh-area radio station 93.7 The Fan reports that the Steelers are looking to work out a deal with the 49ers for the receiver.
"Sources: The Steelers have looked into 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk," Fillipponi wrote on social media. "He's entering the last year of his contract. Steelers would have to execute a sign and trade. But they've shown
