In his wire-to-wire performance in the preseason opener, rookie Jullian Taylor offered more evidence he could be the 49ers' latest seventh-round steal. After an impressive start to training camp, the defensive tackle had three tackles, two quarterback hits and a sack that led to the game-winning drive in a 24-21 win over the Cowboys at Levi's Stadium. "I saw him make a bunch of plays," Kyle Shanahan said. "He's done a good job for us in camp and it looked like he showed up tonight." Taylor, who started in place of Arik Armstead (hamstring), said he initially had to work some "jitters" out.
