You won't find too many San Francisco 49ers fans willing to argue against former wide receiver Jerry Rice being the greatest NFL player of all time. When given the opportunity, Rice himself will even remind you.

NBC Sports Bay Area posted the following video of Rice via their @NBCSAuthentic Twitter account.

"I'm the f—king best football player of all-time," Rice told fans and former NBA star Charles Barkley after rattling off just a few of his career NFL statistics.

Rice later explained that he was just having a little fun with Barkley.

The video is reminiscent of when Rice helped reveal the 49ers' new alternate uniforms in May, rattled off statistics, and then finished it off by saying, "Joe Montana, Steve Young. I put both those guys in the Pro Football Hall of Fame."

While Rice was joking and entertaining the fans with both statements, he probably isn't wrong.

H/t to Zain Naqvi for the find.

Among the prospects, cornerback Tre'Davious White found himself connected with the San Francisco 49ers as a prime fit. The Buffalo Bills, who selected White with the No. 27 overall pick in 2017, released the cornerback on March 13. The 49ers would love to bolster the defensive backfield, finding a better option to pair on the outside with Charvarius Ward and allowing Deommodore Lenoir to find a permanent home in the

Mar 19

Offensive lineman Jon Feliciano and linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles recently re-signed with the San Francisco 49ers on one-year deals. OverTheCap.com has revealed the contract information for both deals. Feliciano signed a contract that includes the minimum base salary for a player with eight accrued seasons of experience—$1.21 million. Flannigan-Fowles' base salary is slightly higher, at about $1.77 million. Feliciano is scheduled to count about $2.28 million against the 2024 salary cap, while Flannigan-Fowles is slated to consume almost $1.3 million. The linebacker's reduced impact is due to the 49ers using a portion of up to $1.45 million of salary that won't count against the salary cap for veteran players. The 49ers are paying Feliciano a
