Offensive tackle Keith Fahnhorst, who won two Super Bowls and earned a Pro Bowl berth during a 14-year career spent with the 49ers, died Tuesday at 66. Fahnhorst, who played from 1974-87, ranks eighth in franchise history in regular-season games played (193) and is tied for sixth in seasons played with the team (14). His death came eight days after his former teammate, wide receiver Dwight Clark, died at 61 on June 4 from ALS. Fahnhorst was a two-time All-Pro (1983-84) and earned Pro Bowl recognition in 1984. He also twice received the Bobb McKittrick Award, given to the 49ers' offensive lineman who represents courage, intensity and sacrifice, in 1981 and 1986.
