49ers offer refunds to season-ticket holders, say Levi's Stadium may not host fans in 2020

The San Francisco 49ers on Wednesday sent out emails to season-ticket holders informing them of their options for the 2020 season. The team notes that it does not yet have definitive details on what the preseason schedule might look like. It also took the opportunity to communicate the approach to ticket sales at Levi's Stadium for this year.
