Should of had a lot of time to digest the Playbook. Now it is time for him to practice that knowledge. Probably not in a live game(Things have gone really south if he does), but rather get out there on the practice field.

Another super bowl winning qb making the wrong choices four times in a game.

I think he's gonna help for the next half dozen games. There's no tape on him and hes a smart cookie who will help our pre snap assignments. Book it.

Glad to see the opened Rourke's practice window. I think he'll be the key to what happens with Mac Jones next year. He had 29 TDs to just 5 interceptions his last year at school, with a 69% completion average and all that on a torn ACL. If he can learn the system and bring some of those college numbers with him into the NFL, he could be just the kind of back-up you want. I really like what Jones did for us this year, but as a former first round pick I imagine he will want to parlay that into starter's money somewhere. On the other hand, as a 7th round pick, Rourke may not have those kind of expectations.
Id rather keep Jones and get the 3rd round comp pick in 2028. Unless someone offers a 1st which we can parlay into a starting lineman, keep Jones.
Keep them both. Rourke is impressive and he played through a significant injury and still played at a high level. He's mobile, he has perfect size and he has a good arm. He's a mixture of Brock and Mac. He seems to read the field well and makes good decisions, give him a solid line, let's see what he can do after a year in Kyles offense. Imo he's one of the most complete QB's we've had in the building in a long time if you look at size, mobility, arm strength, field vision and ball placement.
Brock has been great but he's also had his bad moments and he's had a spotty injury history. Between these 3 QBs, we have a solid group, every one of them can succeed in Kyle's offense and have the ability to keep the offense on track if one of them goes down.
hope so

The 2025 Chiefs are clearly objectively worse than the ones that won Super Bowls.

Yeah, its annoying watching everybody beat them and still questioning whether or not we would. But at least they suck a little bit so that's good enough for me.
We have some insane crap luck.
We're unlucky enough to get them in the SBs we made and during a time the refs protected them or they had a dominant offense or defefense.
These other teams either get them with major OL injuries, everyone with microscopes on the refs so they can't pamper them or simply get way weaker SB matchups who sneak out of the AFC.
I hate it here!

Yes they can, though I wonder how the 49ers and Seahawks would play that game if the Rams were to have beaten Seattle and have the division locked up. Solid chance one or both teams rest players.
Honestly, this is the best case scenario for us.
Yeah I dont think we win the division. Having to play LAR and/or SEA in the playoffs though is gonna be tough. Those are the only 2 that scare me but at the same time should just be grateful if we make it to the playoffs despite the major injuries we have.
The good news is the odds of drawing either one in round 1 is pretty low. I think second-best case scenario for us other than the 1 seed is we at least pass one of them and finish 2nd in the division. That way, we almost certainly don't play either one in the wild card round and there's a decent chance they have to play each other in the divisional round (though that would guarantee we have to get through one in the NFC Championship).

Eagles are #21 run EPA this year. Saquon no longer propping up Hurts

Third place in the NFC West, the Niners have the better record versus any other division leader in the NFC.

And of course they have 4 rushing TDs. Ughh
Yea they did!

The standard has become a new head coach taking a last place team to the playoffs in his first season. So you just know it's going to be Vrabes or Ben Johnson or even Coen in Jacksonville.

Kyle will never win it because he's setup expectations that his team will always be competitive and in a place to win every week. If he takes this team to the playoffs (coming off a 6 win season) it won't be looked at as a great thing because he's shown he's a great HC already.
he should have won it earlier in his tenure
He should have won it in 2019.
