ok guys, keep your awesome championship blowouts, what fun!

Not saying College is better than NFL, but don't lie if you wouldn't want the 49ers blowing out teams like that in the Super Bowl.

of course i do, but it's extremely hard to do that in the nfl. watching a college football team just destroy a vastly inferior team makes for a 65-7 score, thats just ridiculous to watch

additionally when you see an nfl team, like the broncos get destroyed by the seahawks, its actually kind of fascinating due to the fact both teams were littered with talent

when it happens in college, its just a talent discrepancy

The NFL is 32 teams of the best football players in the world.
54 man rosters. 1,728 players.
The competition is very close.

There are 130 FBS Football programs.
Major schools have 100 players on the roster. 10,000+ players.
The competition is vast.

IMO there is no way you can compare College football to the NFL.

Every bowl game except the playoffs is dumb bc every NFL prospect ops out, I don't blame them but it takes away from the excitement of CFB IMO

I've seen a few players that have a chance to play on Sunday, play this bowl season.
I find it especially true with the day two and three guys, trying to boost their draft stock.

But to your point, a lot of the projected day-one draft picks tend not to play for fear of injury.
Another trend this season, players opting out due to being in the transfer portal.
Another day, and 4 more bowl games.

In progress:
Game #30 -
Gator Bowl
Clemson vs Kentucky

Kick-off @ 2:00 EST / 19:99 GMT
Game #31 -
Sun Bowl
No. 21 Oregon State vs. No. 15 Notre Dame

Game #32 -
Liberty Bowl
Memphis vs. Iowa State

Game #33 -
Cotton BowlNo. 9 Missouri vs. No. 7 Ohio State
