Back to Back NBA Champion Golden State Warriors 2018-19

Admittedly, I haven't paid a whole lot of attention to what was going in FA and now preseason. From just the little bit I have watched, seems the Warriors could've still used Javale McGee as an energy boost off the bench...did he want to stay but Warriors said no, did Lakers pay him way more than W's could pay him...?

And from the small amount I've seen of Jerebko, none of it's very good, seems lost out there...assuming/hoping he'll be much better not too long after the games start to count.

Javale signed the vet minimum to play with LA. Honestly, it was time for the Dubs to turn the center position over to the younger guys . Jones is basically the big guy who will get his time.

People need to relax on Jerebko. He can drain open 3s and is an upgrade over Omri. Casspi was pretty disappointing even when healthy.

I would've been okay with one more year of McGee, but maybe Jones works out.

Re: Jerebko, my comment had nothing to do with Casspi, just saying the little bit I've seen of Jerebko hasn't been good, not saying he won't improve, just stating my opinion of what I saw. Only thing I can say about Casspi is that during a stretch in Nov-Dec last year he was solid in quite a few games, but I think he got hurt and after that he was pretty bad, made it an easy decision to release him.
Alfonzo McKinnie made the roster.
McKinnie's deal is non-guaranteed until January 10th. Myers is about to play hardball and show McCaw he has no leverage. I love it.
The lob to d-jones is becoming a thing

Also.. haven't seen anything special from jacob evans
Curry looking strong.

Evans will play garbage time. Thats it unless he dramatically improves his shooting.
I could easily see us going 0-2 to start the season lol

hopefully they learned their lesson last year tho after the ring ceremony

Westbrook likely isn't playing Tuesday. I like our chances.

We are 0-2 in ring ceremony games so far with this group.

Weird. I have this vague memory of losing both games. I think I am getting KDs first game and thr first ring ceremony confused.

I stand corrected.
