I twisted my medial once. That was less then optimal. Tore my meniscus 5 years ago and had to go under the knife. That was bad enough. Glad I have never torn an ACL.

Total turn around. Siebold building some young character.

A little late to the party
Great performance last Friday night against the reining premiers.
Forwards were massive, Lodge and Haas over 200 metres. Hitting the roosters line hard with lots of second phase ball. With Turpin and Segy there with have better running hookers with better delivery.
Thought our kicking game was great too turning around their forwards and putting lots of pressure on their sets.
Defence was our biggest improvement, with attack still getting there you could say.
Big match this Saturday in NZ, can't be complacent but I'm sure we'll see a confident Broncos team starting to look good with the changes Seibold has made.
