The collective-bargaining agreement for minor league players is official, sources tell ESPN. The owners voted 30-0 in favor of it, and players ratified it almost unanimously as well.

Yup. MLB is getting way better. They are all professionals, it's about less standing around and more playing ball this year.

They should add like 5 extra seconds to the pitch clock. It would help the players not be as rushed, but would only add like 6 minutes to the games. Then maybe a clock violation becomes rare.
