So Yoenis Céspedes broke his ankle on his ranch and is going to miss a significant amount of time. The Mets are calling his injury a "breach of contract" and looking to get the $ back. They want the $ back which also includes the cut from his agent.
Thing is, when he signed that contract, his agent was Brodie Van Wagenen.
