I don't know about the %s but that's not a charge. It's close...but Millsap got into the position after James is in the air and was not set when contact was made. He was sliding as he got hit (see right foot).
Could have been easily called for a block but a good no call.

Yeah, honestly I just have a vendetta against star players getting nearly every call. As a Jazz fan I have dealt with it for years upon years dating back to Jordan beating us in the playoffs. It's a main reason I have a hard time watching the NBA anymore. There's nothing more frustrating than watching a Durant, James, Kobe, Dirk get every call while the same thing happens on the other end and it's not called. While I will admit that guys like Malone, Stockton, Boozer and Williams got this treatment I still believe it is completely unfair.
