sometimes it helps to be in a dogfight down the wire (keeps a team sharp and not complacent) just want the team to get hot going into Oct and get a favorable matchup....teams with huge division leads a lot of times fall flat on their face when they face a hot team (gonna LMFAO if/when this happens to LAD)

Parker not looking real sharp today, not getting very many swing-thru's and Rangers taking some big hacks....but he's still got the lead through 5. Not a must-win game but would be nice for the A's to take a series from Texas.
