Go Irish! Alabama is good and would probably win 8 times out of 10. The SEC teams don't generate a lot of Offensive points though. As long as ND secures the ball and Goldson doesn't get rattled by such a big game, I think they will be fine. People question ND's close games but ND relied on their defense all year while they brought up a freshman QB. Goldson got better as the year went on, but some games he was flat. Go Irish!!

I've decided I'm going to root for Notre Dame. It was a long process with a lot of thinking, but turns out my dislike for Saban/SEC is too strong. I want a new champ.

I dont hate SEC, but I love cheering for the under dog.

Btw ... Why are they the Irish when it is named after a building in France??
